July 2007 BULLETIN
The 15th ICCES Conference, ICCES08, will be held during 17-22 March 2008 Honolulu, Hawaii, USA
The deadline for paper submission is 15 December 2007. Authors who require an early decision for purpose of VISA to enter the USA, etc, are requested to submit the paper as soon as possible. Authors have four options in submitting a paper before the deadline, at their own's choice, as
- One-page abstract, which will apprear in the conference proceedings; or
- Full abstract, which will be published in the online journal, ICCES (http://www.techscience.com/icces), in addition to the conference proceedings. The full abstract is limited to 6 pages, and follows the journal's instruction; or
- Full-length paper, directly to any one of the relevant journals, CMES/CMC/MCB/SDHM at http://submission.techscience.com and simultaneously submit the abstract for presentation at ICCES08. Only the abstract will apprear in the conference proceedings; or
- The paper accepted/published in one of the relevant journals, CMES/CMC/MCB/SDHM, can be presented at ICCES08. In this case, the abstract needs to be resubmitted to the conference and will appear in the conference proceedings.

Each abstract/paper must be submitted in an electronic format ( WORD, or LaTex), to the Publisher (Tech Science Press) for typesetting. Submision of the paper to TSP automatically implies the transfer of ALL (printed and electronic) the copyrights (with the exception of authors employed by the US Government), to TSP. These manuscripts will be reviewed by the ICCES08 Scientific Committee, and decisions of acceptability will be transmitted to the authors, directly from the publishers' web-site.

May 2007 BULLETIN
The Organizing Committee of ICCES08 has recently decided on the following policies for selection of papers to be presented at the International Conference on Computational & Experimental Engineering and Sciences, ICCES08, during 17-22 March 2008, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
1. Authors may submit a summary of the proposed presentation, by the deadline of 15 December 2007, at the website:
http://submission.techscience.com/icces08.
2. Alternatively, if an author has a paper already accepted (or published) in the journals,
- "CMES: Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences"
- "CMC: Computers, Materials & Continua"
- "FDMP: Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing"
- "SDHM: Structural Durability & Health Monitoring"
after 1 January 2006, these papers are automatically invited to be presented at ICCES08. In this case , authors do NOT need to submit a separate summary. The title and abstract of the CMES, CMC, FDMP or SDHM paper will appear in the online free-access journal, ICCES( www.techscience.com/icces). In this case, authors should simply notify the Organizing Committee, at icces@icces.org
3. Alternatively, authors may directly submit their FULL-LENGTH papers for review and possible publication, before 15 December 2007, to CMES, CMC, FDMP or SDHM:

In this case, the authors should notify the ICCES08 Organizing Committee, at icces@icces.org, that they wish these papers to be considered for presentation at ICCES08 also. The Organizing Committee, after making a decision on the suitability of the paper for presentation at ICCES08, will publish the titles and abstracts of these papers, in the online journal, ICCES
4. Thus ALL papers presented at ICCES08 will be archived, in some form or the other, in the online, free-access journal, ICCES (www.techscience.com/icces).
