SATYA N ATLURI MEDALSNA Medal
The SATYA N ATLURI MEDAL is given to a researcher, from anywhere in the world, in recognition of her/his contributions to any area germane to the ICCES conferences, and in recognition of her/his services to the journals, CMES, CMC, MCB, SDHM, and ACM, and to ICCES. This award honors Professor Satya Atluri who founded ICCES, and who, at Georgia Tech, UCLA, and UCI, played a significant role in research and educational activities in the areas of theoretical, applied, and computational mechanics.

This Medal, the highest to be given by ICCES, is established by Tech Science Press and ICCES, and carries a stipend of $5,000, to enable the recipient to deliver a Plenary Lecture at the ICCES conference in the year in which the Medal is given.

ICCES LIFE-TIME ACHIEVEMENT MEDAL
This Medal is awarded to an individual , from anywhere in the world, for sustained and significant contributions in the form of research, teaching, and service to the community, in any area germane to the ICCES series of conferences. The sum total of contributions over a career spanning many years is taken in to account. The minimum age of the recipient is expected to be 60 years, and may be given on the occasion of the celebration of any birth anniversary of the individual after the age of 60, at an ICCES conference. The conferral of this award is considered as the scientific accolade expressed on behalf of the ICCES community, for the recipient’s seminal role in the development of subject matter relevant to ICCES.

ERIC REISSNER MEDAL
The ICCES ERIC REISSNER AWARD is given to a researcher, from anywhere in the world, in recognition of her/his contributions to any area germane to the ICCES conferences, and in recognition of her/his services to ICCES. This award honors Professor Eric Reissner, who for nearly 60 years at MITand at UCSD, played a significant role in educating several generations of students in the areas of theoretical, applied, and computational mechanics.
