Deadline for Pre-Registration: 31 Mar 2012

1. One speaker must be designated for each paper. Due to time constraints, each participant is limited to making only ONE presentation.
2. All speakers are requested to Pre-register before the deadline, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
3. The Registration Fees for each regular participant is 700EURO; for each full-time student is 400EURO; the fees for each accompanying person is 350EURO ("The accompanying person" refers to those who come to the conference but do NOT participate in any academic activities, such as family members).
4. All Registered Participants (Regular participants, Student participants, & Spouses who registered) are invited to the following events:
   * All conference Sessions at the Hotel Conference Facilities;
   * A Welcome Reception on the evening of 1 May 2012 at the Hotel;
   * Morning & Afternoon Refreshment Breaks in Hotel;
   * Banquet in the conference Hotel
   * The Opening Ceremony, All Plenary & Theme Lectures
   
   In addition, Registered Participants (Regular & Student) will receive 1 set each of the ICCES2012 conference materials, such as printed materials, proceedings, CDs, access to the online journal ICCES, etc.
   
5. A processing fee of 100EURO will be charged for late or onsite payments.
6. There will be a surcharge of 100EURO per person for those not staying in the conference hotel.
7. To Register, please follow these steps:
   i. Hit the "Home" button on the menu on the left side, at the first page of the web-site.
   ii. Creat your account (if you have not already done so, earlier). Then sign in , using your "User Email", & "Password"
   iii.When you sign in, a new Menu page will appear. On this Menu, please hit the "Registration" button. Choose your registration status from the pull down menu.
   
8. Payment should be remitted by "Bank Drafts [aka Cashier's cheques]", payable in full, in EURO or USD, for overseas participants. Participants from the USA can pay by personal/ institutional checks.
   
   The Bank Drafts & cheques should be made payable to 'ICCES'.

9. Credit cards will be accepted with 3% surcharge.
10. Bank wire-transfers are not accepted.
